Lynk & Co is a youthful and fast-growing Chinese-Swedish automotive brand founded in 2016 with an innovative purchase model focused on young professionals. Pico provided booth operations and press conference management services to Lynk & Co at the Auto Guangzhou 2017.
The theme of Lynk & Co’s 700 sq. m. booth was ‘the city’s playground’, and there was something fun for everyone spread over its nine zones – a car showcase, a circular area with 12 swings and seesaws as chairs, a DJ and rapper performance stage, a fun photo booth and an F&B and free gifts area. At the photo booth, visitors could take photos and retrieve them later online – and receive a bonus personalised video.
Echoing the brand’s fresh image, the seesaws, swings and fun playground feel of the booth engaged the young and the youthful and attracted visitors from across the show: a total of 54,000 over the ten-day exhibition, far exceeding the client’s expectations. Our media strategy also paid off, with the total number of views for WeChat posts we helped craft hitting 5 million, with more than 5,000 likes.
